We strive to provide our Natural Boss Ladies premium human hair extensions but we understand in rare cases there may be a few hiccups and/or a need for a replacement.

Our Return and exchange Policy is as follows:

Customer Request: Different Length or Texture We will accept Returns in exchange for Store Credit Only in the Full amount of original purchase excluding Shipping & Handling Fees. Shipping & Handling Fees are non-Refundable and new shipping fees will apply. 

Lost Package & Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable items so please ensure that you verify the correct shipping address including zip codes and apartment numbers to avoid non delivery.

PRE-ORDERS

If your desired length is out of stock in our Atlanta warehouse, you may pre-order your desired length with acknowledgement of our extended processing time for this option. Shipments typically arrive within 7-10 business days at our Atlanta facility and are promptly shipped via your requested shipping method to your address on file. Please reference our Policy section for additional terms and conditions.
